ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING
 
 
Beginning late Thursday afternoon October 10 through Monday, October 14, FPB will be hard at work implementing an exciting new system upgrade! During this short time, our Online & Mobile Banking services will be unavailable as we prepare to launch a brand-new app and Online banking website.  

Online Banking will resume on Tuesday, October 15 and will be accessible through our new online banking web address: my.forestparkbank.com.

Our Mobile Banking app will be replaced with a new app which will be available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on Tuesday, October 15.

User ID:

Your Online and Mobile banking User ID will not change. If you’re using facial recognition, fingerprint sensor, or any other security autofill tool on your mobile, we recommend taking a moment to refresh your memory and remember your current user ID, as you’ll need to re-enable these features on our new Online Banking web address and Mobile App.

Password:

For Consumer Customers: Your password will temporarily be the last four digits of your Social Security number. After your first-time login, you will be prompted to create a new password.

For Commercial Customers: Your password will temporarily be the last four digits of the business’ Tax ID number. After your first-time login, you will be prompted to create a new password.

You can access our new Online banking login page beginning Tuesday, October 15, by visiting: my.forestparkbank.com. Make sure to bookmark our new login web address for future use!

On Tuesday, October 15, our new Mobile Banking app will be available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, searchable as: Forest Park Bank. Simply download and login!















 
 
BANK-BY-PHONE (Automated Customer Service Center)
 
 

As part of our new system upgrade, our automated Customer Service Line will be unavailable beginning Thursday, October 10 at 6pm CT through the morning of Monday, October 14. You can still manage your accounts by calling our office at (708) 222-2800.




















 
 
TEMPORARY MODIFICATION OF BRANCH HOURS
 
 

During the upgrade weekend our branch hours will be temporarily modified:

Madison St:

Friday, October 11: Lobby Hours: 9a – 5p | Drive-up: 7a – 7p

Saturday, October 12: Lobby and Drive-up will be Closed

Monday, October 14: Lobby and Drive-up will be Closed

Observance of Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day

Roosevelt Rd:

Friday, October 11 through Monday, October 14: Drive-up will be Closed

Rest assured! On Saturday, October 12 and Monday, October 14, Bank representatives will be available for assistance by phone at (708) 222-2800 (9am-3pm).

No worries! Our Madison Street ATM’s will be available throughout the weekend, while our Roosevelt Rd. ATM will be available until 8:00 am Monday morning.

Your card will remain accessible throughout the weekend. However, please be aware that lower limits may apply during this period. The minimum authorized daily amount may be as low as $300.
