As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our internal operations and provide you with the best possible service, FPB is excited to announce the implementation of a system upgrade to our core platform! This upgrade will begin on Thursday, October 10 and run through Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day weekend Monday, October 14. As we prepare to launch our new system, there will be a temporary pause in some of our services. Here are some things to expect:
- Beginning late Thursday afternoon, October 10, our Online & Mobile Banking services will be unavailable.
- Online banking will resume on Tuesday, October 15, accessible through our new online banking web address: my.forestparkbank.com
- Our current mobile banking app will be replaced with a new app which will be available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on Tuesday, October 15.
- Your online and mobile banking User ID will not change.
- Your online and mobile banking password will temporarily be the last four digits of your Social Security number. After your first-time login, you will be prompted to create a new password.

Friday, October 11: Lobby Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Drive-up: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 12: Lobby and Drive-up will be Closed
Monday, October 14: Lobby and Drive-up will be Closed
